Too often we are pressured to conform ourselves to narrow and ultimately unattainable standards of who we should be and how we should live, which can leave us feeling alone and alienated. Maybe you feel inadequate, ashamed, or even guilty about the attraction you feel, the body you have, or questioning your beliefs. If so, you might be in need of a space to unburden yourself, to safely explore beyond what you've been told is acceptable, where you don’t have to make yourself small or more palatable for unfair standards.

I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for clients to safely explore and express their identity, especially LGBTQIA+ clients, clients with religious trauma, as well as clients navigating weight stigma and eating or body image concerns. It is my goal to work with you in a warm, collaborative, and thoughtful manner, adapting to your unique needs.
