I draw from experience in various therapeutic approaches including Neuro Affective Relational Model therapy (NARM), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Hakomi. I also incorporate body-based work, such as Relational Somatic Healing, Craniosacral therapy, reiki and yoga. This allows for a dynamic, embodied healing journey suited to each individual's needs.
