My ideal clients are adults and couples who appear to be functioning well externally but feel internally overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stretched. Many are navigating life transitions, relationship strain, divorce, or co-parenting challenges while trying to maintain stability for themselves and others. They may be able to recognize recurring emotional or relational patterns, yet feel unsure how to shift them, and more importantly how to sustain new healthier ones. They want relief from, and tools to manage chronic stress and reactivity, deeper self-insight, effective communication, and more authentic, connected relationships.
I’m minfulness-based, Gottman-trained and my work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapy. I help clients heal past wounds, reduce emotional reactivity, and gain skills and awareness to help them shift out of old survival strategies that impact current relationships, communication, and decision-making.

My therapeutic style is relational and collaborative; you'll feel seen and validated as you gain clarity, insight, and self-compassion to help you create new patterns.
