I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults who are navigating challenges such as trauma, every day life stressors, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on building resilience and helping clients better understand their emotions, experiences, and strengths. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I am also qualified to complete psychological assessments and evaluations.
I have extensive training in evidence based techniques with mood disorders, eating disorders, and trauma. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to treat mood disorders, Family Based Therapy (FBT) and CBT to treat eating disorders, attachment and client focused therapy to treat trauma or everyday life stressors.
I have experience in a variety of settings and will meet you where you are currently at. My approach is to help you use your innate temperament and personality for good rather than harm. I understand that it is difficult to ask for help and sometimes even "where to begin" but we will work together to improve your life.
