I use somatic strategies alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients tune into what their bodies may be communicating and create space between themselves and their thoughts.
I am passionate about supporting clients with anxiety, depression, attachment issues, family and relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity, and life transitions. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and have experience supporting gender-expansive youth and their families.
