I believe therapy works best when you can show up exactly as you are. I offer a laid-back, judgment-free space where you don’t have to filter your thoughts or feelings. In my office, silence is okay, and weirdness is welcome.
My ideal client may be navigating attachment concerns, anxiety or depression, OCD, emotional overwhelm, or the impact of chronic pain. They may be working through relationship challenges, life stressors, or seeking to better understand and process their emotions. Their difficulties often include managing intrusive thoughts, regulating emotions, and setting healthy boundaries.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Psychodynamic, and Inference-Based CBT techniques. Together, we’ll work to uncover patterns, build resilience, and develop strategies to help you create meaningful and lasting change.
I became a therapist to be the adult I wish I'd had as a kid - someone who listened without trying to fix. I believe healing begins when we’re truly heard and accepted for who we are. Therapy with me is about showing up as your full self, messy parts and all, and knowing that’s more than enough.
