Growing & Learning: Children's Skills Training
Co-facilitated by Jordyn Haney, LCSW and Samii Stephens, LCSWA for children ages 7 - 11 years of age, this group will offer skills training related to social skills, psycho-education, and coping skills training. This group will be interactive and offer crafts and activities to ensure that the group members enjoy their time spent in group as well as learn skills and techniques to assist with emotion regulation and mindfulness strategies. The group will be held in-person in our SouthPark office and will occur weekly!

Teen Girl Skills and Processing group - Utilizing a blend of emotional processing, social skills training, and DBT.CBT psycho-education to assist female-identifying teens in discovering their purpose while building support within a safe space. 4-week duration with opportunities to continue after initial term. Trauma-informed, neurodivergent-friendly, and DBT skill-focused with mixed modalities of CBT and REBT as-indicated per each group's needs!
