Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving North and South Carolina. I work with individuals ages 8 and up, helping them achieve their goals and improve their lives. I meet clients where they are and consider their full environment in treatment. Using modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention, I tailor each treatment plan to best support my clients' needs. I have completed foundational training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for children, adolescents, and adults, and I am certified in treating Anxiety and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. As a Certified New Ways for Families Counselor, Parent Coordinator, and Reunification Therapist, I assist families navigating high-conflict divorce and custody matters.

Groups
Growing & Learning: Children's Skills Training
Facilitated by Jordyn Haney, LCSW for children ages 7 - 11 years of age, this group will offer skills training related to social skills, psycho-education, and coping skills training. This group will be interactive and offer crafts and activities to ensure that the group members enjoy their time spent in group as well as learn skills and techniques to assist with emotion regulation and mindfulness strategies. The group will be held in-person in our SouthPark office and will occur weekly!
