I work with high school girls, college-aged women, and young adult women navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationships, life transitions, identity development, and the pressures of school, career, and adulthood. I also support engaged and newly married couples seeking to strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build a healthy foundation for marriage. At Mosaic Therapy Miami, I provide a warm, collaborative approach that helps clients gain insight, build confidence, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
