Greetings! I am Jordyn Diggs, LICSW from Alabama. I am excited to work with clients experiencing anxiety, mood-related issues, relationship problems, legal issues, and more. My most commonly used therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, and humanistic, narrative therapy. These approaches offer clients the opportunity to feel their feelings, change unhealthy behavior and thought patterns, and process any situation.
I aim to provide a collaborative therapeutic experience. My goal is to give you the support you require, be it a non-judgmental listening ear, educational insights, recommendations, or encouragement for growth.
I chose Clinical Social Work and therapy so that I could gain the education and tools to best support my clients by combining my passion for helping people with evidence-based interventions. I am driven by the results and self-realizations that clients find in themselves once the therapeutic process is rolling.
