I have experience working with relational issues, anxiety, depression, anger, sexual trauma, substance use and more. Regardless of why you are here, I believe that it's important to look at where you came from and how your upbringing shaped you. We often move through life without knowing why we do what we do, but healing tends to come with clarity.
