As a Clinical Social Worker for more than 20 years I have helped people deal with trauma, relationship issues, grief and loss, stress management and a variety of mental health issues. I have worked within the medical community, academia, private practice and am a 2 time combat Veteran with the United States Army as a Social Worker.
I lean towards a client centered approach meeting people where they are at and walking with them toward their goals. Life is hard. Change is hard. Looking at your issues is hard.
