I provide inclusive, affirming telehealth therapy. I specialize in helping women, BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals navigate generational patterns, systemic stress and trauma. Together, we'll unlearn the patterns of survival that you've been holding onto and build a durable toolkit that you /actually/ find helpful.
