As a woman of color finding my footing in a chaotic world, I understand the importance of finding a safe space to express yourself without shame or worry. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with 1 year of experience supporting adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, ADHD, OCD, stress management, career and college concerns, relationship struggles, racial or social issues, and women's issues.
I graduated from Clemson University with a Master’s in Counselor Education. I use a holistic approach, recognizing that mental health impacts every aspect of life and, as such, requires a special level of care. Believing that no particular approach works for each client, I embrace an eclectic style, drawing from different therapeutic theories.
With a deep commitment to confidentiality and a warm, nonjudgmental approach to therapy, I strive to create an atmosphere that makes clients feel comfortable and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey with you!
