My primary interventions are based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge unhelpful thoughts, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to promote emotional regulation and distress tolerance, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to promote psychological flexibility in line with personal values.
My practice is strengths based. My goal as a therapist is to address you as a whole being versus just treating symptoms of a diagnosis. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of you as an individual. I look forward to working with you on your journey of healing.
