I am a duly trained school psychologist, family and clinical therapist. As a 2026 Global Fellow with the National Library of Israel, I analyze narratives of resilience to help adults and young people navigate complex life transitions. I pair this with postgraduate training in health psychology and women’s health research experience from Stanford University. My approach is deeply relational, warm, and structured, encouraging active self-reflection to strengthen personal boundaries, improve relationships, build resilience, and navigate life with clarity. I warmly welcome gay youth and self-reflective children ages 10 and up.

I specialize in adolescents, women, college students, young adults, and athletes managing anxiety, relationships, and medical trauma. Sports injuries can deeply disrupt identity and health, making care essential. As an approved collegiate provider with university counseling and career coaching experience, I guide individuals through major life transitions.

As a mom of a daughter and a gay son in medical school-and as a cancer survivor- I understand the emotional weight families carry. Therapy with me is intimate, energizing, and cheery.
