I strive to help others feel empowered and to be able cope with their mental health and this thing called ‘life.’ We will work together so that you can begin to heal, learn how to keep growing and improving yourself and work towards your goals. Everyone needs additional support at times in their lives that is neutral, non-judgmental, and unbiased to help get through life's trials & tribulations. My goal is to meet you where you are at and be a support to you. Every story is unique, and yours deserves to be heard and honored. Let's embark on this transformative path together!
My passion is working with adults. I am certified in perinatal mental health disorders (Fathers included) and I am trained in EMDR. Working through intrusive thoughts, infertility (primary and secondary) and all the other challenges life throws at us can be tough to do alone. Sometimes we need an outside support person that isn't are partner to be that.
I primarily work with those suffering from perinatal and postpartum anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationship distress, trauma/birth trauma, parenting concerns, and life transitions/stressors. I am here to meet you where you are at (even if its one step at a time). Please feel free to reach out to me via email or on my website listed.

I decided to get trained in perinatal mental health when pregnant with my first to prepare myself and help others through all the changes that come through the perinatal period. Attending ongoing trainings in this area is a way I can best help my clients with nurturing all transitions of parenthood.

I often use a mixture of the following modalities: solution focused therapy, EMDR, and strengths-based therapy. With EMDR we are able to get to root causes including: any negative core beliefs you may have and help reframe the mind and retrain the brain's natural responses, as well as release emotions and somatic bodily sensations that are holding on to you.
