I help my clients with a variety of challenges including stress, fears, overwhelm, and performance issues. Are you struggling with self-confidence or self esteem? Do you feel stuck? Are you harming yourself with a body-focused repetitive behavior? I work with hypnosis, NLP, coaching, sound healing and energy modalities to help you get unstuck and to create rapid and lasting change. If you are looking to make a change or just feel better, I can help you let go of the past and any limiting beliefs that are holding you back so that you can have more career success, better health, and more joy in your life again.
As a Hypnotherapist for 7+ years, I've successfully helped people in the areas of confidence, habit control, overcoming fears and anxiety, and improving productivity. My approach is solutions focused to help you access the answers you already have inside, and typical program of treatment runs about 6-10 sessions.
This is a safe space free of judgement and I work with a diverse client base including the LGBTQ+, kink, trans and nonbinary community and people who identify with that experience.
