I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist in private practice, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma across the lifespan—from children to adults. With my focus on strengths, non-judgment, and empathy, I strive to help clients build resilience, self-empowerment, foster self-awareness, and move toward lasting emotional well-being. My approach to psychotherapy is to be collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic in the belief that every individual has greatness and skills. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel both listened to and supported as we explore their challenges together.
Whether we're working through anxiety, depression, or trauma, I try to ensure that each client's treatment is directed specifically to each person’s unique needs—helping them build insight, develop coping strategies, and make meaningful change at their own pace.
In our work together, you can expect open, non-judgmental communication where your thoughts and feelings are met with both empathy and validation. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen and understood, and while trust is earned, I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore your experiences at your own pace.
