Welcome. Are you or your teen struggling with persistent anxiety, trauma reminders, or OCD symptoms? When daily life begins to feel overwhelming or even impossible to navigate, you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to help. I have a deep passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are living with post-traumatic stress, as well as those managing anxiety, OCD, and phobias. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel supported as they move toward healing. Together, we shift the nervous system from a constant source of distress into a powerful tool for regulation, resilience, and growth.
I am a neuro-informed therapist trained in EMDR, which I incorporate into treatment when appropriate to support clients in healing. My approach to therapy is holistic, grounded in the belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected. By working with the whole person, I help clients better understand their internal experiences for lasting change.
It is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they heal, deepen their self-understanding, and begin to feel more empowered in their lives.
