My name is Jordan Vail. I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the great state of Texas. I work with children, teens, and families bringing a tailored approach to meet their unique needs. We face life’s challenges side by side, navigating them with understanding and strength. I am working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist and am under the supervision of Amanda Robinson, LPC-S, RTP-S.
I provide grounded care for clients at every age. I utilize a holistic approach, viewing the client as a whole being, rather than a sum of parts. Specializing in overcoming anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, stress-management, and life transitions, I help clients to develop tools and skills to have more agency over their life.
I view therapy as a collaborative journey and work to create a safe, welcoming space for all. My approach is built on connection and empathy, helping clients gain deeper insight. Through our work together, I focus on empowerment, validation, and boosting emotional intelligence.
