I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, often navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, professional stagnation, or major life transitions. At the heart of my work is helping people find greater meaning and purpose in their lives. I believe therapy is most impactful when the relationship feels safe enough for clients to be spontaneous, take risks, and explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating: to themselves and to others. My approach resonates with people who want to deepen self-awareness, cultivate self-compassion, develop clearer boundaries, and fortify their sense of self.

I'm also intentional about guiding clients through existential challenges: questions of identity, purpose, motivation, aging, and loss. I use a collaborative, inviting approach that blends thoughtful reflection, mindfulness, and supportive techniques. Together, we can develop clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of freedom in life and relationships.

My clients come from diverse professional backgrounds, many in leadership roles, highlighting their commitment to emotional growth and development. On a personal note, I love all things NBA, a passion that's often the centerpiece of my engaging conversations with close friends. I also meditate daily and am committed to a well-rounded mindfulness practice.
