I take an active approach, one that seeks to empower clients on a journey of self-discovery, fostering not only a deeper understanding of themselves but also the keys to more fulfilling relationships with others. My specialization centers on equipping clients with the indispensable tools of self-awareness, enabling them to nurture self-compassion, harness effective communication skills, and fortify their sense of self.
I address an array of symptoms related to depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, process addictions, perfectionism, and trauma. As our therapeutic journey deepens, clients often find themselves exploring existential questions touching on identity, purpose, motivation, and the complexities of loss.

Group therapy serves a "lab" where individuals are encouraged to explore the ways in which their relational challenges are recreated within the therapy group. Group members examine the ways in which they distance themselves from others and learn better ways to develop more connected relationships. Group therapy can be a transformative experience and helps clients cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves as well their impact on others. Because of the amount of interpersonal feedback, group therapy can offer benefits to one's treatment in ways that are absent from individual therapy.

Training Group for Therapists

This in-person training group is for therapists interested in deepening their group therapy skills and conceptualization of interpersonal dynamics. The main goal of this experiential training group is to use the group process to explore and understand one's intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships and to learn about group dynamics through both the leader and member roles. We meet every other week and in the last ten minutes of each session, we discuss the process of the group theoretically. While this is not therapy, members get a lot of therapeutic benefit and personal growth from participating, as well as developing professional skills in group leadership.
