Hi, I'm Jordan (she/her/hers). I enjoy and have experience working with those on the journey of parenthood in its various stages. I also work with those who have experienced trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, OCD, and just life stress in general. I am also LGBTQIA+ allied. I understand how life can be ever changing and challenging. In the midst of all of this, additional support in helping to learn to cope, reframe, and refocus is absolutely essential.

I believe in always offering a space free of judgment. Many times, people feel shame for the emotions, beliefs, and behaviors they are experiencing when in reality, we are all just trying our best. I want to honor my clients and their journeys while also helping to find more adaptive ways of healing and growth.
