Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck—like no matter how hard you try, the same arguments or worries keep coming up. You want to feel closer to your partner, but instead you find yourselves miscommunicating or shutting down. Or maybe you’re a young adult trying to navigate big life changes, feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to “have it all figured out.” If this sounds familiar, you don’t have to carry it alone.
In our work together, you’ll have a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s weighing on you and discover new ways forward. I work with young adults navigating life transitions and with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, resolve conflict with more confidence, and rebuild connection during times of change.
My role isn’t to hand you quick fixes, but to walk alongside you as you build healthier patterns, communicate with more ease, and feel more connected in your relationships and to yourself. Change takes time, but you don’t have to do it on your own—I’ll be with you every step of the way.
