Sometimes life hits harder than it should- whether it’s something that happened once, like an accident or assault, or stress that’s built up over years in family life, military, or emergency response. You might feel anxious, shut down, or like you can’t fully relax, no matter how much you try. These are often the lasting effects of long-term stress or trauma. I help people heal from the inside out using EMDR therapy—an approach that helps your brain and body finally release what’s been weighing you down. We work on calming your nervous system, processing the past, and helping you feel more present and grounded in your life again.

I’m a Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved EMDR Consultant-in-Training. My style is straightforward, compassionate, and body-based. I am well versed in complex trauma and dissociation. I’ll meet you where you are and help you find practical ways to feel better—whether that’s through regular sessions or a focused EMDR intensive.

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. That’s okay. I offer a free 15-minute call so you can see if we’re a good fit. Therapy for complex PTSD with me is a collaborative and compassionate process. I understand that deep wounds don't heal overnight, and safety and trust are key. During our initial sessions we will dive deeply into the issues at hand and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them with EMDR and other somatic techniques. EMDR often provides some relief after even a few sessions.
