I utilize a depth-oriented approach to therapy to help you uncover underlying causes of mental health challenges.
Together, we'll explore what has made you the person you are today and gain insight into why difficult feelings or behaviors arise in the present. I will follow your lead and adapt my approach to what makes sense for you. This may mean including CBT or mindfulness-based strategies if you think it would be helpful.
In any case, I will approach your concerns from multiple angles, tailoring the therapy to what feels most effective for your personal growth.
