Currently accepting new weekly individual clients for Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons! - I have 3 main specialties: trauma work, gender & transition, and supporting adults with ADHD/autism in navigating a world not set up to accommodate your needs. If your emotions feel "too big" all the time or upsetting memories are intruding on your current life, I can work with you to find ways to make the past stay in the past and find sustainable ways to express and cope with your feelings. I also help folks explore access needs and gain self-acceptance around disability.
I espouse self-compassion even in the face of making mistakes and having to take accountability, and I support people in learning to be kinder and more forgiving with themselves while also making positive change. I work with resistance and mixed feelings rather than against them, and can help you explore why different parts of you feel such different things.
If you're trans, neurodivergent, or struggling with trauma (or all 3!) and you're living in a world that feels hostile to you, I'd love to support you. I don't expect neurotypical-style communication from you, and I’m able to work via a combination of text/video with non-speaking clients. I'm covid-cautious and working via Zoom long-term.
