As a relational therapist, I believe that an individual is not the “problem,” rather that the “problem” is the undesirable pattern of interactions that are maintained by unhealed wounds. All behavior makes sense in context, and I will work alongside you to identify that context and facilitate your healing.
My style of conducting therapy is client-centered and emotionally-focused. In the therapy room, I approach sessions with a laidback, direct, curious, and non-judgmental lens. Together we will understand what experiences might affect current behaviors, we’ll identify unmet needs, and facilitate new solutions to effectively meet those needs.
I am LGBTQIA+, ENM, sex-worker, and kink-affirming, with a firm belief that therapy should celebrate and explore the diverse identities and experiences of all clients.
