I can help by creating a safe and trusting environment with client. Then work with the client at their pace by working towards their goals and using a trauma informed care approach. My specialty is to educate clients effective coping skills, CBT and DBT skills, and to work through their trauma through understanding attachments and setting boundaries.
I dedicate myself to assisting clients on gaining self-advocacy and confidence within their life and relationships. My hope is for my clients to experience a supportive and non-judgmental environment to have freedom of expression and exploring thoughts and experiences. I hope to talk with you soon!
