My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential at heart. I believe healing happens in relationship—through being seen, met, and understood over time. Together, we listen closely to how your past impacts the present, how old patterns echo in current relationships, and how meaning is shaped through connection, loss, and choice.
