About
I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, relational problems and other factors that can keep us from reaching our full potential. I also welcome a biblical world view and enjoy incorporating the Bible and God, if the client so desires.
I firmly believe everyone has unique gifts, talents, and strengths. I like to utilize those strengths, while walking beside them in their mental health journey. I use powerful evidence-based approaches with my clients such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Even though there is still a stigma surrounding the idea of therapy, I'm here to tell you that it takes a strong person to admit they need help and seek it out. We aren't meant to go through life alone, and I would love to have the privilege of working side by side with you to help you get back on your feet and live a life of purpose and fulfillment.
