I help people from all walks of life find lasting relief from the ache of anxiety, depression, and trauma. With me, you don’t have to censor your emotions or experiences because no topic is off limits. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, understood, and gently supported as we work toward healing the patterns that no longer serve them. If traditional talk therapy hasn’t helped, or has reached its limit, I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with experienced medical staff. KAP can open new space for insight, healing, and meaningful change that once felt out of reach.

I love working with people who feel their pain has become the main story they know. Together, we will trace that story back to its roots, like patiently untying a tangled knot, so it can loosen its grip on your identity and relationships. From there, you can reclaim the freedom to live in a way that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.

I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I also practice EMDR and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in a safe medical setting with on-site medical staff. Often the emotions that feel overwhelming are rooted in pain that never had the chance to heal. We’ll do more than talk. We’ll untangle pain at its source so it can finally loosen its grip.
