I have extensive experiences working with adolescent and young adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, interpersonal/ family relationships, and various personal identities. By focusing on client strengths and being honest about the ongoing, often non-linear, process of change, I works with clients where they are.
My goal is to stand with clients through difficulties and be a supportive ear to listen. No matter what obstacles stand before you, I believe we can work through this together.
