I aim to offer you a safe space while we work together to improve your mental well-being through processing your emotions, thoughts, and feelings. People often feel that they do not have a place to go that allows them to be completely vulnerable, so let me be that space for you! I have experience in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, LGBTQIA+ and college students. I also have training in Subtle Yoga.
I use evidence-based practices in our sessions that research shows have been effective; such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness to help clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, familial discord, gender identity concerns, substance use /misuse and emotional dysregulation.
