I love helping couples improve their communication and tackle tough issues using Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I often work with clients who are processing childhood, religious, and/or relationship trauma, and those challenging unwanted beliefs, roles, and identities. I specialize in working with LGBTQ and CNM clients as well.
