Welcome! I am an individual adults and couples counselor located in San Marcos, TX. Clients often reach out to me when they feel at a loss, unsure of what to do next. I love providing clients with a place to feel grounded and secure enough to figure out what they need and what the right next steps are. The goal of my work with clients is to create a greater sense of personal and relationship empowerment and satisfaction, to have a better understanding of what is important to them, and to build the confidence to clearly communicate their needs and desires. We achieve this either through couples or individual therapy.
I love helping couples improve their communication and tackle tough issues using Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also really enjoy working with adults who are processing childhood, religious, and/or relationship trauma, and those challenging unwanted beliefs, roles, and identities. I specialize in working with LGBTQ and CNM clients as well.
