Hi! My name is Jordan, and I've been a therapist since 2012. Clients reach out to me when they feel at a loss, unsure of what to do next. How do I figure out what I need? How do I change my relationship? So much of our well-being hinges on the health of the relationships we have with others and ourselves. The goal of my work with clients is to create a greater sense of empowerment and life satisfaction, a better understanding of what is important to them, and knowing how to clearly communicate about their needs and desires. We can achieve this either through couples or individual therapy.
I love helping couples improve their communication and tackle tough issues using Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I also really enjoy working with adults who are processing childhood, religious, and/or relationship trauma, and those challenging unwanted beliefs, roles, and identities. I specialize in working with LGBTQ and CNM clients as well.
Learning how to communicate, cope, and connect in a healthy way is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself and your relationships, but often the path is more of a labyrinth.
