I offer a variety of evidence-based therapy models to help process trauma, decrease anxiety and depression, and increase coping skills and the use of boundaries. I have specialty training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and continue to learn more to help others heal and cope.
