I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO), specializing in therapy for adults and business professionals navigating anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, grief, and identity exploration. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who carry a lot—careers, leadership roles, expectations—yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or impacted by past experiences.
My approach is connection-focused, I am EMDR trained and integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques to support trauma therapy, anxiety treatment, and work with negative beliefs that often show up as burnout, perfectionism, or emotional shutdown. Therapy with me is collaborative, human, and approachable—not overly clinical overly clinical or awkward.
