About
Not currently accepting new clients. Navigating the ups and downs of life doesn't come with a handbook. My goal is to help you develop the skills you need to manage the tough times and thrive in the good ones. I believe that the therapeutic experience should include authenticity, openness and growth. This is a place where we can work together to help you meet your goals. My social work practice is rooted in person centered, solution-focused treatment that highlights the strengths and resiliency of the individuals I serve.
I have spent the past 5 years working primarily with undergrad/graduate students on the unique challenges that arise in this phase of life. I have extensive experience supporting children and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences. I also enjoy working with adult children of parents with personality disorders.
I am inclusive, welcoming to all, and find that a healthy therapeutic alliance is the key to success. If you are seeking support and don’t know where to begin, please contact me for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we’d be a good match. I look forward to talking with you further about how I can be of help!
