My social work practice is rooted in person centered, solution-focused treatment that highlights the strengths and resiliency of the individuals I work with.
Prior to private practice, I spent 5 years working primarily with undergrad/graduate students on the unique challenges that arise in this phase of life. I have extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and symptoms related to trauma. I also enjoy working with adult children of parents with personality disorders.
