Hey lovely people! My name is Jordan and I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions surrounding identity. Day to day life can sometimes present a challenge and many feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are or where they’re headed. My role is to provide a space to help clients better understand their experiences, recognize patterns that may no longer serve, and build on strengths. Together, we’ll develop practical tools and deeper insight to help you move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and meaningful.
My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. With nearly a decade of experience in private practice, community mental health and school-based therapies, I specialize in helping clients navigate identity, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, and life transitions. Therapy is tailored to your goals, values, and unique story.
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and feel genuinely understood.
