I enjoy working with children (starting age 6), teens, and adults as they navigate what it looks like to heal in their current season of life. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to be challenged, set attainable goals, and use our sessions to figure out their next steps for reaching those goals. The path to healing was never meant to be an isolated journey, we are meant to do life together. In the therapeutic setting, that looks like a client allowing me to walk alongside them and support them.
I operate primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens and I am committed to addressing your needs to the best of my ability. The therapeutic relationship is a genuine passion of mine- creating a space where you can be heard while ensuring you are able to leave each session with a renewed sense of resilience and personal development.
