I've had the privilege of providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various challenges over the past ten years. Many of my clients are millennial women and adolescents. I have expertise in supporting pre-teens and teens that have experienced trauma, grief, and/or are being impacted by challenges with their mood. I also enjoy working with millennial women and understand the unique challenges that may be affecting emotional well-being. I often provide support around disruption in mood, navigating life transitions, and learning to prioritize and advocate for self.
We will work together to identify and prioritize your goals for therapy. We will develop skills aimed at coping with the challenges that you are facing, explore unhelpful or limiting patterns of thinking, and challenge behaviors that are no longer serving you. Throughout our work together, we will utilize your personal strengths and abilities.
