I work with children ages 10 and under, helping them feel safe, understood, and better able to navigate big emotions and life challenges. I believe that when children are given the right support, they are incredibly capable of healing, growing, and building confidence in themselves and their world. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, providing insight and practical tools to strengthen connection, support emotional development, and create lasting change at home.
Children don’t always have the words to express what they’re going through, so I use play-based therapy, art, sandtray, and skills-based approaches to meet them where they are. Through these methods, children can process experiences, express emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping in a way that feels natural and engaging.
I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and affirming space where children can be themselves and feel truly seen. It is a privilege to help children build resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of who they are.
