I integrate EMDR, parts work, CBT, and strength-based approaches to support clients in understanding their inner world, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. I tailor each session to meet the client where they are, focusing on empowerment and emotional safety.
Past clients have struggled with religious trauma, losing loved ones, school age children dealing with their parents divorcing, PTSD and C-PTSD, relationship struggles, and being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.
