I use a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach—including CBT, DBT, and EMDR—to support children, teens, and adults as they navigate emotions, process past experiences, and strengthen their sense of self. Pika is my gentle and playful Australian Labradoodle and certified therapy animal, whose calming presence helps create openness and comfort.
