My areas of focus include financial therapy, anxiety, depression, parenting/co-parenting, and trauma or post traumatic stress.

I value providing a judgement free space that facilitates self-acceptance and discovery. I work to meet each client as an individual, offering integrative and tailored care dependent on your needs and individual goals. I am always continuing my education about evidence based practices and learning new ways to help my clients.

As a therapist, I work to be thoughtful while also challenging negative thought patterns in order to facilitate self-discovery. I offer in person, telehealth, and even walk and talk sessions in Springfield and surrounding areas.
