About
It's one thing to be in a relationship... it's another to maintain a relationship. Two people trying to grow with one another doesn't always seem to be easy. Maybe you've exhausted your options like reaching out to others and feeling like you've become a burden, or recognizing that your support system lacks in ways that may prevent you from growing. You might even be ruminating on the "good ol days" and this may cause you to become resentful of the present. Relationships can't thrive in this kind of environment. A healthy "we" begin with "ME". Let's make the relationship a priority!
I hope to encourage and empower clients to identify their strengths and challenges in hopes of redefining their desired goals toward better living. I enjoy working with couples and families to promote empathy and cognitive reasoning when unpacking relational and environmental stressors.
Understand that the first step toward a healthier future/relations is having a willing mind towards change. Change is a process and therapy is the tool-kit. Only YOU can control how fast or how steady you'd like to go to achieve your goals. I am happy and excited to come along side you in this journey. It may be tough, but He always makes beauty for ashes!
