In a world that can often feel chaotic and heavy, it’s great to have a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings where you will not be judged. Healing can be messy and uncomfortable, but it can also be beautiful and empowering! I love what I do and am very passionate about helping others along their journey. I have a long history of working with children, adolescents as both a paraprofessional and mental health therapist in the school setting and as a mental health therapist.
I also have extensive experience working with adults who are suffering with mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, as well as, sexual and emotional trauma. My approach is empathetic and compassionate while providing honesty and critical thinking to challenge my clients.
While I am eclectic in my therapeutic methods, I tend to utilize narrative therapy and Adlerian approach, as well as mindfulness techniques. I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and make an effort to promote self-love by teaching my clients how to take care of themselves as a whole: mind, body and soul.
