Hi! If you're looking for a therapist who will be your ally, questions traditional power structures, and welcomes any and all emotions, you've come to the right place! While I have a history of working mainly with adolescents/young adults, I see clients of a wide age range at PCS in Mechanicsburg. I love complexity, and am confident working with those who may carry multiple diagnoses or stressors.

I specialize in working with those struggling with eating disorders, neurodivergent people, and the LGBTQ+ population. I am a newer counselor and I want to bring a fresh perspective to therapy, utilizing many techniques. I am pretty eclectic with my style, but I tend to work from IFS, DBT, ERP, MI, Existential Therapy, and different forms of CBT.
