Jordan came from an education background, with the initial dream of becoming a teacher, and later found her passion for counseling while serving as a volunteer in the Peace Corps.
Through that experience, and her time studying International Disaster Psychology at the University of Denver, she found the value of honoring and incorporating culture into the therapy room. Jordan continuously seeks ways to find the best in ourselves and others, while emphasizing self-compassion.
